The Nothing Bundt Cakes in Marvin, NC is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to partner with the Bakery Manager in leading cake production, guest experience, and daily operations. You will coach team members, help manage inventory, and uphold NbC standards to deliver outstanding quality and a welcoming environment.

This salaried role requires flexibility for varying shifts, supports store profitability, and reinforces NbC culture through servant leadership, teamwork, and hands-on store presence

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong guest-facing skills and ability to engage and motivate a team.
• Experience coaching others, directing work, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the guest experience and model superior guest engagement.
• Partner with Bakery Manager in leading cake production, brand presentation, and inventory control.
• Support in recruiting, training, directing daily work, and providing performance feedback.
• Ensure NbC standards for product, service, and bakery environment are upheld and comply with health/safety policies.
• Assist in operational tasks including production plans, scheduling, payroll, and expense control.
