Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated store crew leader in Wichita to drive exceptional customer service and maintain a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will train and supervise crew members, lead front-end operations, and partner with the store manager on merchandising and overall store performance.

The role requires at least two years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Leading assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals by District Manager.
• Leading front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards; ensuring equipment is in working order and staff trained.
• Managing opening/closing procedures, store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.
• Performing store manager duties in absence of manager.
• Recruiting, training, coaching, developing and supervising all crew members.
• Reviewing corporate communications and acting accordingly.
• Partnering with leadership team in merchandising and World Recovery.
• Carrying out store maintenance tasks including trash, cleaning, and stock room upkeep.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by Store Manager.
