Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Team Member in Wichita to wow customers with friendly service and fast check-out. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and daily store operations, while supporting onboarding and training of new associates.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is expected as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store as needed, secure cash, and ensure orderly operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service excellence.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and routines.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
