You will be part of store leadership, driving performance and sales targets while guiding the team on daily operations and guest engagement.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in retail or customer-facing roles, with some leadership experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
• 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Provide ongoing feedback and recognition to team
