Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience at The Grove to lead from the floor, develop a diverse team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in line with company values.

You will partner with Store Manager on planning, merchandising, and operations while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment and effective people management. This role requires flexibility in schedule and strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience in managing business operations
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment and exceptional guest experience.
• Partner with stores leadership on planning, merchandising, and store operations.
• Open/close the store following procedures and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Manage budget and labor hours with Store Manager guidance
