Job summary
lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for The Grove on a 3 month contract. You will lead the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive store performance while supporting hiring, onboarding, and training. The role requires one year of retail or guest experience and some leadership experience.
Availability for varied shifts is expected. The position emphasizes inclusivity, guest connection, and coaching to elevate the customer journey and team growth within a dynamic store
Qualifications
- 1 year retail or customer experience
- Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
- Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
Responsibilities
- Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to drive guest experience and store performance.
- Provide technical product education to guests and articulate brand value to meet guest needs.
- Assist in hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Open/close store and ensure operational readiness during shifts.
- Review daily metrics to meet sales goals and motivate the team.
- Ensure inclusive, respectful team environment and facilitate development.
