Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Store Manager in Houston to lead a team and deliver the WOW customer experience. You will supervise daily store operations, train associates, and ensure fast, friendly checkout.

This role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position is hourly, starting at $11.50, with opportunities to grow within the Five Below family.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOW-ing the Customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
