Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and outstanding customer service. You will keep the line clean, train crew, and supervise front-of-house operations to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes food safety, crew development, and ongoing improvements to service standards, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing and glove changes, time and temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available as needed.
