Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role focused on delivering WOW customer service and leading front-end operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train crew, manage merchandising standards, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused store culture.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Direct front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and staff trained.
• Perform opening/closing, cleanliness, and stock duties.
• Cover store manager duties in their absence.
• Collaborate with store management to recruit and coach crew.
