Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards.
• Ensure No Noticeable Wait Policy front end standards are met at all times.
• Manage guest traffic flow at the front end and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate schedules with Store Manager to meet service levels within labor guides.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts when needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front end area clean, neat, and organized; parking lot debris-free.
• Model professional behavior in speech, manner, dress and integrity.
• Block unused lanes when not in use and enforce front end policies.
• Provide training and feedback to hosts not meeting standards.
• Communicate issues to the guest service manager and address problem areas.
• Provide on-the-job feedback to maintain service levels.
• Process guest orders, including cashier or guest service clerk duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
