Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line, supervise service, and assist with cross-training and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, daily Food Safety Checklist and policies.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are ready and available.
