Job summary

Five Below seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and motivate a high-energy team to deliver WOW service.

You will oversee front-end merchandising, supervise crew, recruit and coach staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and partner with the store manager to meet district goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This hourly leadership role requires flexibility for day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team
• High School diploma required; college experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to deliver fast, friendly checkout and WOW customer service.
• Drive customer service score goals with District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising standards.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and coach crew; supervise all crew members.
• Perform maintenance and safety checks; ensure equipment works.
