• 2 years of store management experience in a customer‑centric retail environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic understanding of common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).
• Preferred: 2–4 years store management; Associate's degree (or higher) in business/management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in daily assignments and tasks, including scheduling and assigning responsibilities.
• Assist in hiring, promotions, and staff development decisions.
• Lead and coach the team during shifts, enforcing company policies and standards; address violations.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader, coach Bear Builders, and deliver an Experience First guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays meet brand standards and create a cohesive store environment.
• Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Help build a high‑performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences.
