Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a proactive Supervisor to guide the theatre crew, manage daily operations, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will lead with energy, coach staff, and uphold standards in a fast-paced cinema environment.

You must be at least 18, be flexible for evenings and weekends, and demonstrate reliable teamwork, communication, and leadership. Training and safety compliance are part of the role, with growth opportunities within AMC.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability; theatres open year-round.
• Be a reliable teammate with punctuality and accountability.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and access for vendors.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, reconcile floor safes, and count cash.
• Support inventory processes and crew scheduling (final approval by management).
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns.
• Distribute passes and perform daily operational tasks.
