Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor as part of the store leadership team. You will drive sales performance, participate in hiring decisions, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, monitor daily sales data, and drive store performance.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and productive work environment.
