Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly Store Manager on Duty in East Hanover, NJ. You will lead store operations, supervise associates, and ensure a WOW customer experience at the checkout and on the sales floor. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills.

The position starts at $16.42 per hour, with opportunities to train staff, optimize merchandising, and support onboarding. Flexibility to work day/evening/weekends is required, and travel is limited.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wowed customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick placement on floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and issues.
