Job summary

Five Below in Somers Point, NJ is seeking an hourly store leadership role to supervise daily operations, coach team members, and sustain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, value-driven environment.

You will help open/close the store, manage cash, train new teammates, and collaborate with leadership to drive sales while controlling costs. Flexibility and a strong WOW customer experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with friendly service at checkout and in-store interactions.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff.
