lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a high-quality in-store experience for guests. You will lead on the floor, provide technical product education, and help drive daily sales targets while supporting staff through coaching and development.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer-facing roles and some leadership experience, with a focus on inclusive, collaborative teamwork and exceptional guest connections.

Qualifications

1 year of retail or customer experience
Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
Experience working on a team and coaching peers to achieve goals
Strong communication and inclusion-oriented collaboration

Responsibilities

Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed
Oversee store readiness and operational excellence during shifts
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of team members
Review daily data to drive sales and coach the team toward targets
Open and close the store following procedures
