Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across all touchpoints in our Florence, KY store. Full-time, 37-40 hours per week, with 1st-3rd shifts possible, and pay range $13.50-$15.25 per hour.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, greet Guests, handle POS and gas console, stock shelves, ensure safety, compliance, and courteous service. Prior experience in retail or food service is helpful; responsibilities include opening/closing tasks and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle money accurately and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.
• Clear verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the signature Hi Five experience.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, and other DipSide items when needed.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions, and make change.
• Restock merchandize and maintain clean, safe store conditions.
• Monitor safety and compliance, follow policies, and report issues.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
