Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to access all store areas.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in variable temperatures.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure management directives are followed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Keep store areas clean and stocked.
• Ensure guest service programs run 24/7.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
