Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver a welcoming guest experience. The role involves coaching team members, handling POS transactions, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring cash processes, replenishing stock, addressing guest inquiries, and supporting 24/7 guest service programs. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.
