Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure duties are implemented by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS, maintain cash levels, and handle cash processes.
• Ensure store housekeeping is maintained (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints; check in vendors according to guidelines.
