Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist teammates when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and drive store performance on the floor.
• Participate in hiring process and onboarding of team members.
• Give direct feedback and recognition to team for learning and development.
• Build an inclusive, collaborative and productive team environment.
