Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Orlando is seeking a Guest Experience Lead on a 4-month contract to oversee the in-store guest journey and drive performance on the shop floor. You will educate guests on product value, lead from the floor, and support the leadership team in achieving daily sales targets.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership experience, with a focus on inclusivity, teamwork, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Experience mentoring or delegating to others is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to manage daily operations and guest needs.
• Monitor daily data and drive sales performance through the team.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Give direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
• Create a respectful, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Ensure in-store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
