Job summary

lululemon Athletica in California is seeking a Contract Guest Experience Lead to oversee and enhance the in-store guest experience. You will educate guests on product value, lead the floor as part of store leadership, and drive daily sales targets through team performance.

The role involves supervising, hiring input, coaching, and ensuring inclusive guest interactions. Scheduled shifts vary, with emphasis on mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education and assisting guests when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review and interpret daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
