Job summary

The Paper Store, Inc. in Florida is seeking a hands-on Key Holder to join our busy retail team. You will support the Store Team Leader, supervise sales floor activities, and ensure world-class service using the GUEST approach.

You’ll greet customers, coach associates, manage opening/closing procedures, handle POS tasks, and assist with merchandising and promotions while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task while attending customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to move on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach.
• Greet customers warmly and assess needs with open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and advise on suitable items.
• Coach team to improve sales and service performance.
• Open/close the store and supervise POS operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support promotions.
