Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Address team member performance and support learning and development with feedback and coaching.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team and engaging work environment.
