Job summary

lululemon Athletica needs a Guest Experience Lead for the Destin Commons Pop Up. The role sits on the store leadership team, guiding guest interactions, delivering technical product education, and driving daily sales on the floor.

You will open/close the store, review daily metrics, assist in hiring and onboarding, and mentor teammates to build an inclusive, high-performing team. Schedule varies with mornings, afternoons, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and support daily store operations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and coaching of teammates.
• Review daily metrics and drive toward sales goals.
