lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for the Liberty Center Pop-up to execute store product strategy, manage inventory, and lead back-of-house operations. You will ensure stock accuracy and a top-tier guest experience while acting as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, process adherence to SOPs, and the development of team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy and inventory plans.
• Manage inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Oversee back-of-house product operations and floor stock.
• Lead and coach team members; act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
• Provide world-class guest experience on the floor.
