lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for the Liberty Center Pop-up in Kentucky. This 3-month contract role focuses on executing store product strategy through product operations and inventory management, including back-of-house oversight and ensuring well-stocked floors.

The ideal candidate collaborates with leadership, leads inventory shifts, and acts as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Lead and engage team members to create a productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategies.
• Review daily data to inform actions on product focus and pricing.
