Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the guest services team and ensure a memorable stay. You will greet guests, coordinate check-ins, communicate events to staff, and resolve issues, while maintaining high service standards and promoting hotel amenities.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of front desk or guest services leadership and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field; OPERA PMS experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 2–4 years of front desk/guest service management experience.
• Proficiency in English; OPERA PMS knowledge is required.

Mansioni

• Provide upscale guest service experiences throughout stay.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and concierge coordination.
• Communicate to staff all activities, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Promote hotel amenities and services and assist with guest inquiries.
