• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and a commitment to maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• A collaborative team player who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the 1 Hotels brand and culture.
• Flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support a 24-hour hotel operation.
