Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some leadership experience or mentoring/leading peers
• Ability to travel to assigned store if needed

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional guest experience and act as Supervisor on Duty
• Oversee or provide technical product education to guests
• Participate in store hiring and onboarding processes, and provide coaching and feedback
• Review daily business data to drive sales and motivate the team
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure store readiness
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment and strong guest connections
