Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, oversee store readiness and daily operations.
• Contribute to hiring decisions, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to team members.
