Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to help drive store performance and guest satisfaction. You will supervise a team, lead by example, and ensure an inspiring, high-energy shopping experience.

You’ll coach staff, monitor KPI targets, manage inventory and paperwork with the Store Manager, and keep merchandising and policy standards consistently upheld. A physical role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and flex scheduling to meet busy periods.

• Ensure policies and directives are followed consistently.
