Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Baton Rouge is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our leadership team at the store level. You will help drive guest experiences, coach teammates, and ensure operations run smoothly during busy periods.

You’ll manage merchandise standards, support the Store Manager with ordering and training, and champion our brand inside and outside the store. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and a passion for providing joyful, memorable service.

Responsibilities

• Drive store financial and operational results by meeting KPI targets.
• Develop guest engagement, product knowledge, and sampling.
• Coach and lead team, improving selling skills and performance.
• Train, develop, and motivate team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory.
• Maintain visual/merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and directives consistently across the team.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
