Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Happy Valley, Oregon seeks a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our store leadership team. You will guide guest engagement, drive KPI results, coach and develop team members, and maintain merchandising standards. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and a flexible schedule during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve them.
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through coaching, product knowledge and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and directives are enforced consistently across the team.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
