Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Oklahoma City is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our leadership team and help drive store success through guest engagement, product knowledge and coaching. You will be a keyholder, supporting daily operations, training teammates, and upholding high standards of service.

As a service-focused leader, you will manage inventory, merchandising and store cleanliness while lifting up to 25 pounds and adapting to peak store hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexible availability for peak times
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets
• Coach team on guest engagement, product knowledge and selling skills
• Train, develop and motivate team members; assist Store Manager with paperwork and inventory management
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Enforce policies and operating directives consistently
