Job summary

Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our Portland-area stores. You will act as a keyholder and member of the leadership team, driving guest-focused service, coaching staff, and ensuring daily store operations are executed with excellence.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining standards while supporting the Store Manager with tasks and training. A positive, flexible, and energetic attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptionnel interpersonal skills with guests and team.
• Strong organization to maintain efficient operations.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs with proper safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results toward KPI targets.
• Engage guests, promote sampling, and share product knowledge.
• Coach and lead the team to improve selling skills and performance.
• Assist in training, development, and motivation of team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently.
• Represent Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
