Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI targets and take action to achieve store targets.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Develop the team through product knowledge education and coaching.
• Train, develop and motivate team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are enforced by all team members.
• Champion the Lolli & Pops brand inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
