Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Charlotte, NC to guide the guest experience on the sales floor and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You’ll provide technical product education, drive sales goals, and mentor team members.

You’ll participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating staff while maintaining store readiness and inclusive culture. Schedule varies, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
• Experience: 1 year retail/sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Open/close store and manage shift operations.
• Review daily data and motivate team to hit sales goals.
