Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily business data to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
