Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience for the Shops at Evergreen Walk. You will lead from the floor, develop team members, and foster an inclusive culture aligned with company values.

Responsibilities include hiring support, coaching, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences while managing store operations and budget considerations. This is a 3-month contract in Windsor, CT with a focus on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations and administration
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive team environment and support growth.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring and building a diverse team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development check-ins.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review business data to inform planning and hiring strategy.
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Ensure guest experience is exceptional on the floor.
