Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our store team. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive daily sales while ensuring an inclusive guest experience.

As part of the store leadership, you will mentor team members, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty. The role requires 1 year retail experience, strong communication, and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure operational excellence of the store.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review and interpret daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development with feedback.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment and engage with team members.
