Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate value of our products.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty and lead floor operations to meet daily sales targets.
• Ensure store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
