Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest service and education.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when needed to support store operations.
• Monitor and interpret daily sales data to drive team results.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to enhance performance.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
• Open and close store per procedures and ensure readiness.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and provide product education.
• Maintain operational standards and guest experience across shifts.
