Job summary

lululemon Georgetown is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a 4-month contract to drive an exceptional in-store guest experience. You will lead the floor, educate guests on products, and contribute to achieving daily sales targets.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service and some leadership experience. You’ll work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, with scheduling that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (guest resolution, difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and coach team members.
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and daily operations.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to reach sales targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
• Provide feedback and recognition to peers to foster growth and inclusivity.
