Job summary

lululemon Georgetown is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a 4-month contract to elevate in-store guest interactions and product education. You will join the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through guest experience excellence and achievement of daily sales targets.

You will guide team members, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty to ensure operational readiness and an inclusive, high-energy store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Guest Experience Lead to drive exceptional service.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate value of lululemon products.
• Oversee or assist with staff development, onboarding, and training.
• Open and close the store per procedures and manage daily operations.
• Review daily business data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Support hiring decisions, performance feedback, and recognized staff achievements.
