Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our store leadership team in California. You will oversee on-floor guest interactions, deliver technical product education, and drive daily sales targets while guiding the team with coaching and feedback.

This role requires at least 1 year in retail and some leadership experience; you will participate in hiring, manage shifts, and ensure an inclusive, energetic store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, with guest resolution and handling difficult conversations.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Assist with store hiring decisions and provide performance feedback.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and team performance.
• Foster an inclusive, energetic store environment and coach colleagues.
