Job summary

The Assistant Front Office Manager role at TradeWinds Resort, operated by Highgate Hotels, leads daily front desk operations and delivers exceptional guest service across a busy waterfront property. You will mentor up to 20 team members and coordinate with Sales and Reservations to fulfill special requests and VIP arrivals.

We seek a hotelier with 5+ years in hospitality, supervisory experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work long hours as sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations and guest service delivery for a busy hotel environment.
• Assist daily in guest reception and VIP handling.
• Train and develop front desk staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Coordinate with Sales and Reservations to fulfill special requests for groups.
